Total guide to registration, generating links and earning with Ecomobi

To participate in performance marketing at Ecomobi you need to create an account on Ecomobi’s system first.

Step 1: Access Ecomobi’s website: https://ssp.ecomobi.com

Step 2: Click Sign Up

Fill in your personal information. Read the terms clearly in the ”details section”, click on the box to agree to the terms, then click register to complete the registration.

Step 3: After clicking ”Sign Up” the registration success message will appear. Go to your mailbox to verify your email address(check spam folder also if you don’t see it)

Step 4: Re-login the system by the username or email you just registered.

Step 5: Fill in personal information, personal profile, and payment information to complete the account registration step.

Before sharing performance marketing tracking links on KOLs social media platforms. You need to create a tracking link first.

Step 1: Create tracking link on website ssp.ecomobi.com

Step 2: Create tracking link on Chatbot

Step 3: Create a link on a landing page (only for Tiktok)

Steps 1 and 2 can be applied to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube. For Tiktok, it is not impossible to attach product links in the video, for that reason Ecomobi will create your own professional landing page.

• Step 1: Login and select ”Performance”
• Step 2: Attach any product links from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Sendo, Tiki, Watsons, etc…)
• Step 3: Select ”Social Media Platforms” (Youtube/Facebook/Instagram)
• Step 4: Click ”Generate Link”

• Step 5: Click ”Copy” to get newly created tracking link then share that link on Facebook/Instagram/Youtube

To view the report, please follow the instructions below

Step 1: Log in to the website https://ssp.ecomobi.com/

Step 2: Select Menu -> Click Report

The report always defaults to today’s data, set date and month to select the specific time period you want to track data for.

You can also see a more detailed report in the extended version

A detailed report will help you keep track of the following information

1. Report Detail: Helps KOLs see an overview of orders status and campaign filtered according to the needs of KOLs

2. Report Hourly: Provides KOLs with information to optimize ads such as:

✦ Click and what time frame does the order usually arrive

✦ If you don’t see the order or click on the website, you can check what time it happened

3. Order Detail: Helps KOLs quickly view order details

4. Category report: Helps KOLs analyze users buying habits mainly in each field.

Hope this guide somehow helps you to understand more about how to view reports on Ecomobi’s system.

Currently, on Tiktok it’s possible to attach links to videos. Consequently, Ecomobi has created a professional landing page for KOLs to unleash their creativity, and attach product links on it.

Step 1: Login on the website https://ssp.ecomobi.com/ Select ”Performance”

Step 2: Click on the menu icon and select ”edit landing page”

For those who first access the landing page, it will take about 1-2 minutes to create the page.

Step 3: Click on “Add channel” to connect and display your other social channel links on the landing page 

Click on add channel and fill out the necessary information. Paste the link of your other social channels to display them on the landing page (optional).

Step 4: Edit landing page 

4.1. Edit cover photos and profile picture

Click on the camera icon to change the photo

4.2. Edit personal information, categories, and view landing page as guest mode

Click on the gear icon on the right: Here the Influencers can choose to view the landing page as a guest or edit personal their information

Step 5: Add products in the ”My Choices” section

♦ Click on add new product to attach products and product category.

♦ From the add product screen, press the arrow to open a list of the available product categories.

If you can’t find the category you are looking for. You can press the ”+” button to create a new category, then click ”save” to finish.

Step 7: Filter and manage product categories

♦ KOLs can drag and drop to rearrange the order of product categories.

♦ You can rename or hide it from the list.

♦ Besides each category, you can click the ”…” button to edit the categories

Step 8: Manage Product

♦ You can pin products in each category to the top of that product category

♦ You can click the ”…” button to pin the product to the top, move the product to another category or hide/remove the product from the list.

To withdraw your commission from Ecomobi, you need to log in first.

Step 1: To make a withdrawal, click on the menu and select ”Payment”

Step 2: In the Payment/My Revenue section, you will see the amount that you can withdraw

Click ”Withdraw” to make payment

In addition, Influencers can be able to view their payment history.

The Terms:

   Ecomobi will finalize the Ranks on the tenth (10th) monthly based on the Total Commission of last month (month T-1). The Bonus will be applied to the current month (T).

2. New Influencers (Newbies) are Influencer who joined Ecomobi for less than 3 months (from the day of signing up)
3. Pending commission: Commission for orders with the unknown delivery status. If the order is successfully delivered after receiving the verification from the platform, the pending commission for this order will be converted into Approved Commission. If the order is refunded or canceled, the pending commission for this order will be converted into Rejected Commission.
4. Estimated Approved Commission (EAC): Commission for orders with the temporary complete status before the validation process. Very high chance of being converted into Approved Commission after the validation process (85%).
5. Rejected commission: Commission for orders with refunded or canceled status after the validation process, Influencers will not receive this commission.
6. Approved commission: Commission for order with successful delivery status after the validation process, and will be converted from Pending Commission to Estimated Approved Commission; this is also the commission that Influencer will receive after the validation process.
7. EPC: Commission for each click. This will be a measurement of your work efficiency. (EPC = Total Commission / Total clicks)
8. Before the Validation process:
   • Total Commission (TC) = Pending commission + Estimated Approved Commission (EAC)
9. After the Validation process:
   • Total Commission (TC) = Approved commission + Rejected commission
10. Estimated Commission Approval Rate (ECAR): The rate of approved commission after the validation process based on historical data of the last 3 months.
